Shipping Policy
Preshh ships worldwide. This policy explains delivery times, carriers, taxes and duties.
1. Destinations
We ship to Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Brazil, and most other EU countries. Additional destinations available on request via support@preshh.com.br.
2. Live shipping calculator
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on destination country, postal code, and package weight. For Brazil, we validate every CEP via ViaCEP and apply region-specific carrier multipliers.
3. Delivery estimates
• Portugal: 2–4 business days (Standard) / 1–2 (Express) • Iberian & Central EU: 3–6 / 2–4 • UK: 5–8 / 3–5 • Switzerland: 5–10 / 3–6 • USA: 7–14 / 3–6 • Brazil: 10–18 / 4–8 (varies by region) All timeframes are indicative and start the business day after order confirmation.
4. Taxes & duties
Prices include EU VAT for EU destinations. For non-EU destinations (US, UK post-Brexit, CH, BR, etc.), import duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the destination country's regulations.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also view tracking in /account if you have a customer account.
6. Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs may apply.
