Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of preshh.com, including the purchase of Preshh GO and accessories. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Seller
Preshh, Lda., a company registered in Portugal, with registered office in Lisbon. Contact: support@preshh.com.br.
2. Products & pricing
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. Preshh PRO is a professional B2B service offered exclusively via consultation — it is not sold on this website.
3. Order formation
A contract is formed only once we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock, with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never store your card details. If a payment fails, the order is cancelled automatically.
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier — please inspect your package on arrival.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase for any reason, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Return costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective. Contact support@preshh.com.br to initiate a return.
7. Warranty
Preshh GO is covered by the statutory legal warranty applicable in your country of residence (2 years for consumers in the EU). Damages caused by misuse, exposure to heat, non-compatible bottles, or unauthorised modifications are excluded.
8. Loyalty benefits
The 15% birthday discount applies to accessories only, once per calendar year, during the customer's birthday month. The 10% referral discount applies to the first Preshh GO purchase of a referred friend. Preshh may modify or discontinue benefits at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preshh's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. Mandatory consumer protection rights are unaffected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the competent court of their country of residence. Businesses agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
11. Dispute resolution
You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Preshh is not required to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings unless mandated by law.
